Booking conditions

  • 50% deposit on booking - must clear within 7 days of booking.
  • Remaining balance is due 40 days prior to your arrival.
  • Preferred payment method is by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge. Cheque deposits also accepted.
  • Where a booking is made within 40 days of arrival the full amount must be paid at time of booking.
  • Cancellations more than 40 days prior to arrival will incur a booking fee of 15% of the total booking fee, with the remainder of any payments made being refunded.
  • Cancellations within 40 days of arrival date will also incur a 15% booking fee and the balance will only be refunded if the booking is filled again (by another party). If the booking is not filled NO refund will be given.
